6.6.89 - Camera in hand since 2005Location:
Southern England, UK
My photography experience began back in June 2005 after visiting Douglas Arthur's personal website, and admiring his photographic work. I remember his work inspiring me to want to take my own photographs of the places I visit, and together with savings and birthday money I was able to purchase my first camera, a Sony DSC-W7.
I recently finished my A-Level's for four subjects: Photography, Design Technology, Graphic Design, and Media Studies.
When I am not out and about photographing wildlife and nature, I enjoy designing and developing websites and practiceing my graphic design skills. For the past three years I have owned my own personal website, FredVaux.com which is now my personal blog.
I designed this gallery to share with you, my ever progressing journey through life; to document the places I have been and the things I have seen then to put them up on the web for the world to see.
